2020 - Now

ECO lodgings​  startup

Start-up company for a for a new website for comfortable and energy neutral holiday stays on beautiful spots. The website is (initially) focused on Netherlands and Belgium. Also planning to develop locally some energy neutral holiday homes.

2019

Farmhouse transformation   @home

This project was not about business transformation, but transforming our - bit bland - farm house into a energy neutral stylish fifties retro combined with a ruthless modern extension. A year long dedicated attention has paid off with a beautiful finished house. 

2017 - 2018

ERP Transformation ​  MeteoGroup

ERP Project Manager for the implementation of FinancialForce and SalesForce​​ in 17 countries. The project is a key enabler for full scale   business transformation, where MeteoGroup is planning for growth.

2017 Q1

Project Initiation  ​GD Animal Health

Initiated a pilot project and created a three year roadmap for the delivery of an animal health monitoring application. ​

2012-2016

Business Intelligence SAP HANA   Shell Upstream

Program manager for a global, strategic and groundbreaking 'new technology' program to harvest more information out of Shell’s ERP data. I delivered in close cooperation with Shell Upstream business an ‘in memory’ business intelligence  (SAP HANA)  system for Finance, Plant Maintenance, Contract & Procurement and Logistics processes. The new system provides more power and flexibility to end users and enable better and more informed decision making.  A global dispersed team up to 125 persons. ​

2010-2012

Financial Closing Cockpit  ​Shell 

Programme Manager for a global implementation of Financial Closing Cockpit to automate the month-end closing on the various ERP systems. Shell was the first in the world using a single closing cockpit linked to multiple ERP systems, providing a consistent, controlled and transparent month end closure.

2008-2009

Gloobal SAP Upgrade  ​Shell HR

Part of the Leadership Team for a large programme to upgrade a global SAP HR system. Responsible for the overall coordination with the business in 90 countries for the transition to the upgraded system. Further managed a team of 50 FTE for design offshore build. ​

2006-2008

 Global Health System  ​Shell Health

Development and Rollout Manager for a global programme, with the objective to standardize and simplify health and safety processes within Shell by implementing a global health system to 80 health centers in 25 countries.

2002-2005

Global HR Transformation  ​Shell HR

Development and Cutover Manager voor een meerjarig programma voor transformatie van Shell HR naar een globale organisatie voor 80 landen. Verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie van de business go-live fase voor Zwitserland , Oostenrijk, Duitsland, Frankrijk, Nigeria, payroll implementatie voor Benelux en meerdere wereldwijde verbeterprojecten.

 I asked Jeroen, how he could be so resilience while a lot issues on his plate.
